- Regina High School continues its strength as a top Advanced Placement school in the state of Iowa as determined by the University of Iowa Belin Blank Center AP index. In 2011, Regina placed third. Regina has ranked in the top spots (twice at #1) for all seven years that Belin Blank has conducted the rankings.
- Teachers who are highly experienced, many with advanced degrees.
- High school graduation rate of 100% in 2011 with 67 out of 68 graduates attending two or four-year universities/colleges and one serving in the military.
