Over Labor Day weekend, Regina Class of 1960 held their 50th class reunion.  This was their 10th reunion as they have had a reunion every 5 years since graduation.  Alumni came from Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and Iowa.   On Friday, September 3rd, there was an informal kick-off gathering at the Iowa River Power with 45 alumni, spouses and guests attending.  Saturday they gathered at the University Club, formally known as the University Athletic Club, for a delicious buffet followed by entertainment provided by three alumni, Larry Pacha, Bob Panther and Dottie Westfall Nuszkiewicz.  Finally there was a "wind down" gathering hosted by Cathy and Larry Pacha at their lovely home.  For two alumni, it was their first time attending the class reunion and they said they will be back in five years.  Everyone had a wonderful time and they all are looking forward to the 55th.

The Class of 1965 had their 45-year reunion over Labor Day weekend. Saturday evening class members met at Mike and Barb Stimmel’s home for a hayrack ride, bonfire and dinner. On Sunday, Mass for the intention of deceased class members was held at the new St. Patrick church. And Sunday afternoon was spent at Brown Deer Golf Course in Coralville golfing, enjoying lunch and relaxing on the patio.

The Class of 1980 had its 30th reunion on July 23rd and 24th, and it was quite a success. During the weekend, they had about 40 classmates attend the reunion, and most were from out of town. On Friday, they met at Blackstone for an informal gathering that was well attended.  On Saturday morning, some met at Regina for a tour led by John Allen and a group picture. It was a great chance for everyone to go through the building and revisit what had been there when they attended, and also see the new additions. For some, this was the first visit back to the school since graduation.  Saturday afternoon, they golfed at the Elks, followed by dinner. Gen Wombacher, Marlene, Mr. A., Coach/Teacher Dean Birkhofer and Coach/Teacher Mike Rothamel also attended the dinner. After dinner, they had a great time enjoying a trivia game with questions written up by classmates during the weekend.

The Class of 1985 celebrated their 25 Class reunion in June with golfing at the Elks Country Club, Social at The Vine, tour of Regina, dinner at Blackstone's and a remembrance mass at St. Patrick's for classmates Lori Whetstine and Bob Finnegan.
