Funding Priorities
To ensure the long-term financial strength of the school, while also helping to meet annual operational costs, the boards of the Foundation and the Regina Board of Education concur on these funding priorities.

  • Teacher Endowment Fund – Quality education comes at the hands of quality educators. Regina teachers make a personal sacrifice to teach at a Catholic school. The teacher endowment fund helps to guarantee a just salary for our dedicated teachers.

  • Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund – Currently, 25% of Regina families receive some type of tuition assistance. The Tuition Assistance Endowment fund helps ensure tuition assistance for K-12 students who are in financial need. This fund helps make certain Regina remains a Catholic school where all who choose to attend can regardless of finances.

  • Regina General Endowment Fund – This fund is essential to the long-term financial health of Regina. The Regina Board of Education assesses the greatest need and the resulting best us of the annual payout from this fund.

Annually, on behalf of its generous benefactors, the Regina Foundation contributes about 10% of all operating revenues available to the school.  The tables below reflect the $440,160 in funds/gifts raised via the Foundation’s 2011-2012 Annual Appeal; as well as other payments ($503,896), which will benefit Regina in the 2012-2013 school year from previous campaign and endowment-building efforts.
